you have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? no problem!

we make returns easier

we have given up paper-based return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online with your order number and e-mail .

our returns policy

You can return unworn items to us within 30 days. you can return or exchange your items free of charge within germany. after the return has been checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. processing and refunds may take up to 7 days. Check out our cancellation policy for more information.

what you can't send back

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the tag. Of course it's okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you wish to return.

For reasons of hygiene, underwear and care products (e.g. unpackaged shampoos) cannot be returned.

returns from abroad

You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. we do not provide you with a return label for the return. please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad must be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund amount.
