andi is studying communication design and has been part of our team since march. ettics was one of the first shops he discovered in witten and he felt very comfortable there. andi is not only in our store and advises you, but together with annka he provides you with exciting information, inspiring thoughts and great pictures about our products and an environmentally friendly and fair lifestyle. when he is not in our shop, andi likes to spend time in nature, makes music and takes photos.
agnieszka
annka has been part of the coolest team in the world since november last year and she usually finds hers in the dortmund store. she has been in charge of our social media channels since the beginning of may and provides you with entertaining content. When she's not working for us, she loves gardening and growing her own fruit and vegetables. annka has been vegan for about three years now to protect animals and our environment. she also has two rabbits which she thinks she talks about way too much, but we love her stories.
britta
britta has been part of the ettics x FULLBAR family since autumn 2017. she is responsible for the purchase as well as for the storage organization of our groceries in the witten store. In her eyes, the best thing about working for us is the young, dynamic team, the great ideas to make the world a little bit better, and the opportunity to implement new ideas directly. when she's not in our warehouse, she trains in athletics and volleyball. because britta loves sports. and nature. so she goes camping and hiking with her husband every day off and at the weekends. what must not be missing during these active holidays? Nelumbo deodorant cream , DENTTABS and our nutritious Bircher muesli.
Elizabeth
since october 2018 elisabeth has been part of our ettics x FILLABLE family. she loves working with a wide variety of people and advising them, as the topic of sustainability is very important to her. when elisabeth is not in our shop, she works in her own practice for couples counseling, coaching and mediation at the Witten therapeutic center. in her free time she likes to hike through nature with her dog and family and other nice people. fine
fin has been part of the ettics x FULLBAR crew since june 2019 and is store manager in our store in witten. fin doesn't just manage our store and shows off his craftsmanship - from time to time you can also find him as a model in front of the camera. when fin is not in our store, he is active in food sharing and is passionate about taking care of saved food. fin is also happily married and a proud father.
caro
helen is our little chick. she did a school internship with us in 2020 and we were so enthusiastic about her that she has been supporting us in the witten team since september 2021. helen will be doing her high school exams next year and when she is not in our store, she likes to eat out with her friends, is in nature and deals a lot with the topic of feminism.
jana
jana has been part of the ettics x FILLABLE family since the beginning of the year and takes care of our online shop and does online marketing for us. maybe you have already been in contact with her? Jana also owns Monchi, her little dog, which she always brings to our meetings and puts a smile on everyone's face.
kaan
our dear lara-sophie has been part of the ettics x FILLABLE family since last year. she lives with her boyfriend and dog in beautiful dortmund. What does she like to do in her free time when she's not advising you on sustainable fashion? spending time with friends and of course she also loves long walks with her dog. her favorite products from our range include the soulbottles and the VEJA sneakers.
lovis
Just like us, lovis was born and raised in witten. in his free time, he enthusiastically plays american football in dortmund, where he can also be found on kaiserstraße in the ettics store since summer 2020. fair fashion is his specialty, but he is also happy to advise you on any other topic. maybe you already know lovis from instagram – as a passionate actor, he also stands in front of the camera for us from time to time and presents you with cool outfits. his favorite product? clearly our basic t-shirts. preferably very classic in black and white - but he also knows how to combine them crazy and colorful.
lucas
lucas is one of our founders and a coffee junkie. he has always been enthusiastic about fashion and completed a dual degree at Peek & Cloppenburg after leaving school. After a stay abroad, he began his master's degree in ethics & organization at the University of Witten/Herdecke in 2016 to learn how we can create sustainability in an economic organization. in order to put the learned theory into practice, he has been living and designing the FULLBAR since the beginning of 2018. In 2019, together with jan, he expanded it into the concept store as we know it today. when lucas is not in the store or in the office, he likes to do sports and dreams of 1000 new ettics x FILLABLE stores. there is no way lucas could do without the spiced cashews from us.
lucca
meet lucca. in august 2022, lucca started his 3-year apprenticeship as a retail clerk in our shop in witten. since then he has been actively supporting us in sales, in customer advice, in receiving goods and in the warehouse. why did he decide to do an apprenticeship at ettics x FILLABLE? After school and his FSJ, Lucca knew that he wanted to live more sustainably and we were the first place he came to for inspiration. we love lucca's enthusiasm for sustainable living and are very happy that he is part of our team.

i was born and raised in kiel. i surfed there a lot and took a lot of bus holidays in denmark. all the plastic waste in the sea prompted me to deal with the topic of sustainability. when i moved to dortmund in 2019, i looked around for sustainable shops here. when i saw that a second ettics branch was being opened in dortmund, i applied straight away and have been there since the opening. At the moment I'm also working from home for an IT service provider and work as a freelance sound designer/musician.
Moncsi
meet pascal. he moved from a good customer in witten to the other side of the counter two months ago. why this part-time job suits him perfectly? about two years ago, pascal found his way to sustainability, changed a lot and fundamentally reconsidered his way of thinking and his consumer behavior. that was also the reason why he gave up his job and started studying: when pascal is not with us, he is studying sustainable development. in his free time you can find him on the Lebenshof, playing the piano or engrossed in a good non-fiction book. pascal's favorite product in our range? he loves the fair ettics basic shirts and our vegan cake.
paul
some of you probably know pauli from our store in witten, where she has been actively supporting our team since may. otherwise she studies cultural studies and linguistics in german, english and french. what did you particularly like? american literature. otherwise, pauli is a big fan of good food, books and plants. sustainability and equality are two social issues that are particularly important to pauli.
raphaela
our dear raphi has been part of the ettics crew since june 2021. you can meet them in our shop in witten. raphi lived in bangladesh for a year and worked there for the fair wear foundation. since october she has also been responsible for the topic of sustainability in our company.
sabina
the best team in the world had a new addition last year: sabina has been with us since october! sabina lives in dortmund and when she is not in our shop and is there to help you with words and deeds, she is studying oecotrophology. you only understand train station? don't worry, you're not alone - to put it simply, sabina deals with everything to do with the topic of nutrition during her studies. this is also one of sabina's great hobbies: she loves trying out new recipes. otherwise she also likes to spend a lot of time outside, be it in the woods or on a walk around the block.
sarah
sarah has enriched our everyday life since august 2019 and is responsible for purchasing, product management and marketing. she completed her bachelor's degree in fashion and design management at AMD in düsseldorf and then did her master's degree in international management in bochum. Parallel to her studies, she completed a trainee program at Peek & Cloppenburg and then worked in purchasing. lucas and sarah's friendship began during their time together at P&C, where they were already dreaming of a sustainable concept store. when sarah is not with us, she likes to spend time with her friends and likes to go hiking. sarah's favorite product is the glitter socks from swedish stockings.
ulrike
meet ulrike. our dear ulrike has been part of our ettics team since november 2022 and you can meet her in the dortmund store. she studied social work and has worked as a social worker for the last few years. alongside her job at ettics, she is currently training to become a child and adolescent psychotherapist. ulrike has a weakness for cake, good books (she's a big fan of the Dortmund City Library) and in her free time she likes to hoopdance. she likes to spend her holidays with her camper by the sea. your favorite product? the blok backpack from Pinqponq and the basic t-shirts from ettics.
zoy
zoi has been part of our team in dortmund since november 2022. because her sustainability and conscious life are not only important to her in her free time, she joined us in the coolest team in the world. if you don't find her in the dortmund store, there's a good chance that she'll devote herself to studying cultural studies or spend time in nature with her dog nacho. zoi's favorite brand is patagonia - with the outdoor clothing she is prepared for every adventure.
